Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer for corporate recruitment. The role is hybrid, focusing on end-to-end talent acquisition for mid-to-senior roles and building strong pipelines.

You will partner with hiring managers, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven hiring updates. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in corporate recruitment, strong ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a track record of full-cycle success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in corporate or BPO environments.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, SmartRecruiters).
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Full-C Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate roles, from posting to onboarding handover.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: build talent pipelines via direct sourcing channels.
• Process Optimization: improve ATS workflows, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
• Data & Analytics: track key recruitment metrics to drive decisions.
