The candidate should drive risk mitigation and strengthen controllership across AP, tax, and reporting processes. The position requires 1–3 years in accounting fields, familiarity with local BIR/SSS/PhilHealth policies, and a solid grounding in Philippine accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting is required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or controllership.
• Familiarity with PEZA regulations, compliance, and asset management.
• Knowledge of local BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth policies.
• Understanding of local labor laws and revenue regulations in BPO.
• Experience with PEZA monthly reporting requirements.
• Skills in asset monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Tax, and Controllership.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Philippine Local Accounting Standards and compliance.
• PEZA compliance and reporting with government coordination.
• Oversee information flow for internal and external reports.
• Monitor assets and mitigate financial risks proactively.
• Prepare and analyze Monthly Performance Reports (MPR).
