Job summary

AutoGlobal Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor to manage GL integrity across all entities and lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes from Cebu. You will review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for management.

You will also supervise a five-person team, support tax and audits, and drive a digital-first close using NetSuite, Excel, and Power BI in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license is an advantage.
• 5+ years in financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close; multi-entity/consolidation preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with pivot, lookup, and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Owns the integrity of the general ledger across all entities and branches.
• Reviews and approves manual journal entries before posting; ensure supporting documents exist.
• Leads month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with sign-off checklist.
• Oversees reconciliations and ensures timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Reviews and consolidates monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow; analyzes variances.
• Provides data for financial planning with accurate actuals and KPIs.
• Monitors inventory costing, fixed assets, depreciation, and roll-forward.
• Defines finance requirements for chart of accounts and posting rules; works with IT on changes.
• Supports tax compliance and audit activities with reconciled GL data.
• Leads and develops a five-person financial reporting team.
