Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance Controller to lead the accounting function in the Philippines. The role reports to the CFO and interfaces with US-based teams to ensure accurate financial operations. May also oversee local office management and HR admin for Philippines staff.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in finance with a strong CPA, US GAAP, SOX experience, and a track record of building robust financial processes across multinational environments. Onsite work in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA certification is strictly required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IAS, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes end to end.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger structure and COA; cost allocations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
