Leighton Asia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead claims management and contract administration on a tunneling project in the Philippines. You will review documents, prepare and manage construction claims (EOT, variations, cost claims), and support negotiations with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring proven senior QS experience on complex projects, strong claims expertise, and familiarity with FIDIC or similar contracts.

Qualifications

• Senior QS with proven experience on construction projects.
• Mandatory claims expertise.
• Tunneling/underground project experience required.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contracts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage construction claims (EOT, variations, cost claims).
• Handle contract administration and ensure project compliance.
• Review project documents and identify claim opportunities.
• Support negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.
