Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees including training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules and deadlines.
• Review, interpret, and evaluate contract and service agreements.
• Respond to customer inquiries about contract modifications.
• Prepare proposals and make award recommendations for contracts.
• Negotiate and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Review amendments and extensions, and propose approvals or alternatives.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values.
