Qualifications

• Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of planning management experience.
• Know-how of planning processes and tools.
• Proficient with planning software (P6, Asta PP, Tilos).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BD, Estimating, and Precontracts to clarify scope.
• Develop programme schedules and timelines based on resources.
• Apply robust construction methods to optimize plans.
• Highlight time-related bid risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project progress and deviations from plans.
• Negotiate revised timelines with clients and suppliers.
