Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Senior Specialist for SEA to oversee contract lifecycle, rate filing, and pricing setup across platforms, ensuring billing readiness and downstream integrity.

You will collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness, timely inputs, and alignment of rate decisions. 4+ years in shipping/logistics required; dayshift, site-based role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willing to work dayshift; site-based working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing setup, contract execution, billing readiness, and downstream operational integrity across systems (e.g., Athena, FACT, SCP).
• System Execution & Data Management: convert and upload rate cards with high data accuracy and ensure correct pricing logic.
• Billing & Financial Operations Enablement: enable accurate billing and invoicing; support dispute resolution and collections.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment.
