Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to oversee contract lifecycle, rate management, and billing readiness within our SCM TCM function at a global logistics leader. You will coordinate with Sales, CX, and FINOPS to ensure data integrity across platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in shipping or logistics, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency. On-site dayshift work is expected at our Manila site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in shipping/logistics/supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good to have Data Analysis Skills MS Office Proficient.
• Above-average stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management including rate filing, amendments, renewals.
• Ensure accurate rate setup in Athena/FACT.
• Convert and upload rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy.
• Ensure correct pricing logic, charge mapping, and system compliance.
• Billing & Financial Operations Enablement – enable accurate billing and invoicing.
• Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations for data integrity.
