Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Senior Specialist for SEA to manage contract lifecycles, ensure precise rate setup, and enable billing accuracy across systems. The role requires coordinating with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, and Operations to ensure data completeness and timely execution.

Based in the Philippines, the successful candidate will oversee rate filing, amendments, renewals, and data uploads while maintaining pricing logic and system compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle management including rate filing, amendments, and renewals.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup and data integrity in systems (Athena, FACT).
• Enable accurate billing and invoicing; support dispute resolution and P&L impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to align data inputs.
