Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to oversee contract and rate management, ensuring accurate pricing and data integrity across Athena and FACT systems. The role collaborates with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to maintain timely rate filings and renewals.

The position is fixed-term for 6 months, requires a 4-year degree and 2+ years in logistics/supply chain, and is site-based with dayshift operations in Manila area.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong data analysis skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to work as Fixed Term Hire (6 months) and site-based, dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Contract and rate management across systems (Athena, FACT, SCP).
• Manage contract lifecycle including rate filing, amendments, renewals.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup in systems.
• Convert rate cards into system platforms with high data accuracy.
• Enable accurate billing and support disputes and collections (P&L impact).
• Collaborate across Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness.
• Follow up on missing inputs, contract clarifications, and dependencies.
