Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in logistics, seeks a Contract Management Senior Specialist - SEA to oversee contract lifecycle, rate filing, and pricing accuracy across systems. You will collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English communication, data analysis and MS Office skills, and a willingness to work dayshift at site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4+ years experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Data analysis skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to work dayshift, site-based.

Responsibilities

• Contract lifecycle and rate management including filings, amendments, renewals.
• Ensure accurate pricing setup in systems (Athena, FACT, SCP) with high data accuracy.
• Enable accurate billing and invoicing; support dispute resolution and financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, PM, FINOPS, Product and Operations to ensure data completeness and alignment.
