Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Engineer - ME/EE preferred.
• Experience in contract administration, supplier management, or related commercial functions.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders, and build relationships.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, training, and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate daily team operations, assign workloads, and monitor deadlines and deliverables.
• Review, interpret, and evaluate contracts and service agreements for compliance and alignment.
• Manage customer inquiries related to contract modifications and obligations.
• Prepare and assess proposals for new contracts and renewals, providing recommendations for award decisions.
• Negotiate contract terms and monitor supplier performance to fulfill commitments.
• Review amendments and extension requests, recommending solutions and approvals.
• Resolve operational and contractual issues while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
