Transcom Worldwide (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Specialist in Pasig to lead contract drafting, amendments, and negotiations for global outsourcing deals.

You will collaborate with clients and suppliers, identify risks, and ensure contractual obligations are met. The role requires 4–5 years in contract or commercial management, a bachelor’s degree or higher, English drafting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Good knowledge of tender process and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of business law and contract clauses.
• Clear drafting of English contract language and communications.
• Excellent communication and problem solving under pressure.
• Able to adapt to changes and international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Draft contracts and respond to Clients’ requested terms.
• Identify risks in new contracts or documents and propose mitigations.
• Participate in contract negotiations as needed.
• Manage framework for contract adjustments and amendments.
• Build networks and maintain relationships to support client delivery.
• Qualify service scope, requirements, and priorities with risk considerations.
• Provide counsel on contractual obligations and corrective actions.
• Lead negotiations of contract terms with Sales alignment.
