Job summary

HRTX in Manila is seeking a Senior Content Lead who will steer the company’s content strategy across digital and multimedia platforms. This hands-on role guides the Marketing Assistant to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivered on time.

Reporting to the COO, you will shape brand voice, oversee graphics and video, develop content calendars, and collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 4–6 years in content creation, multimedia, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience leading content or marketing staff.
• Strong skills in multimedia content creation (graphics, basic video).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and execution across digital platforms.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and visuals.
• Guide multimedia content creation and approve before publishing.
• Supervise and mentor Marketing Assistant.
• Collaborate with COO and internal teams on priorities.
