Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a Marketing Officer to lead content strategy and overall marketing initiatives to support business growth and strengthen brand positioning.

The role involves working closely with a co-manager (Content Lead), reporting to the COO, and guiding the marketing team. You will oversee development and execution of content plans, campaigns, and materials, ensure alignment with business objectives, and leverage AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing strategy or content strategy.
• Proven experience leading or managing marketing teams.
• Strong background in content planning, campaign execution, and brand strategy.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, analysis, or workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with younger or early-career team members is an advantage.
• Experience in F&B industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and execution of content and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align messaging, campaigns, and creative direction.

• Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and campaign performance.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates and insights to the COO.
