Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, digital commerce, and retail media initiatives. You will develop and own an end-to-end media plan that ties together digital platforms with select above-the-line channels.

In this role you will drive Content, Social Media, and Affiliate Marketing programs while leveraging the right technologies to maximize performance, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in integrated campaign development and digital media planning
• Extensive experience in e-commerce, with exposure to Retail and/or FMCG industries preferred
• Deep understanding of digital KPIs, analytics, and performance measurement
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple platforms simultaneously
• Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement
