Job summary

HRTX in Makati City is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to lead brand guidelines, manage campaigns for store openings and promotions, and oversee brand content across social media, website, and other digital channels.

You will handle PR, media relations, corporate announcements, crisis communications, and internal communications. The role requires collaboration with creative, PR, media, Sales, Operations, HR, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in brand, marketing communications, PR, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, consumer, or other customer-facing industries is preferred.
• Strong experience in brand campaigns, digital marketing, PR, and communications.
• Good storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing agencies and multiple projects.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Lead marketing campaigns for store openings, promotions, and other business activities.
• Manage brand content across social media, website, and other digital channels.
• Handle PR activities, media relations, press releases, and corporate announcements.
• Support crisis communications and executive communications when needed.
• Develop internal communications such as company announcements and town hall materials.
• Work with creative, PR, media, and other external agencies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, media coverage, and brand metrics.
• Manage communications projects, timelines, and budgets.
