Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven leadership in PC technology, gaming, retail and consumer electronics.
• Extensive experience in sales leadership, general management, and channel management.
• Experience with regional and global leadership teams.
• Track record of revenue growth, profitability and market share expansion.
• Leadership of sales teams with KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Lenovo's consumer sales strategy across Mexico and all channels.
• Lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Services and Channel Partners.
• Provide strategic direction and actionable insights to achieve revenue, profit, sell-in/sell-out, and market share targets.
• Expand Lenovo's consumer ecosystem including PCs, gaming, premium devices, software, and services.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and joint growth plans with partners.
