Job summary

Patrila Builders Inc. in Pavia, Iloilo, is seeking a skilled Project In-Charge to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and uphold quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related degree, at least 5 years of project leadership, and strong knowledge of codes, safety, and procurement. You’ll coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project In-Charge in construction.
• Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Valid Professional License (PL) as a Civil Engineer or construction-related certification.
• Experience with contracts, procurement, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely delivery
• Managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and controlling expenditures to maintain profitability
• Supervising and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout all project phases
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to communicate project progress and address concerns
• Conducting site inspections and quality audits to verify work meets specifications
• Managing procurement processes and maintaining inventory of materials and equipment
• Preparing project documentation, progress reports, and daily site records
• Identifying and resolving project issues, risks, and delays proactively
• Ensuring effective health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
