Millennium Erectors Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project-in-Charge to oversee all on-site construction activities in Paete, Laguna. You will manage site execution, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment, and ensure work complies with drawings, specs, building codes, and safety standards.
The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Registered Civil Engineer license, at least 5 years as PIC, and a proven track record in end-to-end construction from mobilization to turnover.
Oversees and manages all aspects of construction works at the project site, ensuring timely, safe, and quality completion within budget. Leads site execution, coordinates manpower, materials, and equipment, and serves as the project’s primary technical and operational lead. Ensures full compliance with design, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) license required
Minimum 5 years experience specifically as Project-in-Charge (PIC) on construction projects
Proven track record leading full-site construction execution from mobilization to turnover
Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, schedules, costs, Philippine building codes, and safety standards
Strong leadership, site coordination, problem-solving, and client/consultation communication skills
Proficient in reading drawings, preparing schedules, and monitoring progress vs plan
Willing to be assigned to Paete, Laguna
Directs overall site construction operations; supervises foremen, manpower, subcontractors, and site personnel
Reviews design drawings and specs; clarifies technical details, resolves site issues, and recommends necessary changes
Plans daily/weekly activities; schedules manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones
Monitors progress, tracks schedule adherence, and reports status, accomplishments, and delays to management
Enforces quality standards, workmanship, and compliance with plans, specs, and building codes
Ensures strict implementation of safety policies, PPE use, and accident prevention measures
Coordinates with clients, consultants, government inspectors, and stakeholders on-site matters
Manages site documentation, daily accomplishment reports, and turnover requirements
Controls project costs, material usage, and resource efficiency to stay within approved budget
