• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understanding of project management and quality control principles.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Strong English communication; knowledge of additional local languages is beneficial.
• Certification in construction safety or First Aid is preferred but not essential.

Patrila Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to join our construction team in Pavia, Iloilo. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on site, managing labour teams, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional local languages is beneficial

• Certification in construction safety or First Aid is preferred but not essential

• Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions
