Job summary

Iconstructors and Developers Inc. is seeking a Project In-Charge Engineer to oversee daily operations from blueprint to completion at our Makati site.

The role requires 3-5 years in project supervision, a Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Eng or Architecture (licensed preferred), and strong leadership with excellent project management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will manage personnel, budgets, and scheduling, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture, preferably licensed
• 3-5 years in project supervision or management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and technical skills; proficiency in construction monitoring and project management software; ability to handle high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Direct daily project operations from blueprint to completion
• Review proposals, plans, and specs to define objectives and phases
• Assign personnel, coordinate teams, and monitor budgets
• Conduct inspections, surveys, and tests to ensure compliance
• Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders
• Enforce safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely decisions and delivery
