A reputable construction company based in Iloilo City is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee multiple Site Engineers on large construction projects. This role requires full-time jobsite presence to coordinate resources, integrate schedules, and ensure activities meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience supervising multiple site teams on large civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources in a multi‑front construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, contract administration, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master PERT/CPM schedules and resource plans.
• Monitor cost performance and initiate value-engineering measures.
• Review and approve shop drawings and method statements.
• Provide daily guidance to Site Engineers and conduct joint walkthroughs.
• Serve as the primary site liaison with clients and subcontractors.
• Coach Site Engineers on best practices and foster collaboration.
