Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Proven experience leading an engineering division or large team.
• Experience in construction, property development, or real estate preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Engineering Division and its operations.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
