Job summary

You will lead planning, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, construction execution and turnover. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction project management, a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management, and proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in residential, commercial, fit-out, or related construction projects.
• Knowledge of Design-and-Build project delivery.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience handling ₱10M+ projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning to turnover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule.
• Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor management.
• Monitor site progress and resolve project issues.
• Ensure proper project documentation and reporting.
• Support coordination between design and construction teams.
