Job summary

Citiside Property Management in the Philippines seeks a highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will lead subcontractors, coordinate with clients and engineers, manage procurement, risk, and safety, and report progress while maintaining strong on-site leadership and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management (Commercial/Residential/Industrial).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
• PMP or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans and communications documents.
• Estimate costs, manage the budget, and track expenses to ensure financial viability.
• Manage and provide guidance to sub-contractors and internal staff.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the procurement of materials and equipment.

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects from initial conception to final completion. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can balance technical engineering requirements with the realities of on-site labor and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Budget Management: Estimate costs, manage the budget, and track expenses to ensure the project remains financially viable.
• Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to sub-contractors, and internal staff.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications
