About the role

Project Lead/Senior Project Manager responsible for managing construction projects from planning through completion. The role involves overseeing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, and risk management across all phases of construction delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define, control and manage the boundaries of the project, including preparing documents and preventing scope creep through change control processes
• Oversight and review work progress on a daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Prepare and update the Project Execution Plan and brief Project Team members
• Review the project in-depth to scheduled deliverables and plan ahead to prevent and resolve emerging problems
• Oversee collaboration with Quantity surveyor regarding project cost concerns and review change/variation orders
• Oversee quality construction standards ensuring the use of proper construction techniques and compliance with building and safety regulations
• Manage the project team and ensure all project-related documents are up to date
• Communicate with key project stakeholders and coordinate construction progress and site management
• Oversight, analyze, manage and mitigate risks, including site safety management

About you

• BS in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 5-8 years construction work experience
• Field/site experience managing stakeholders
• Familiarity with Google-based documentations and computer-based mark-up tools (Adobe PDF minimum)
• Average knowledge in project management, especially design, planning and coordination aspects
• Good leadership and communication skills with strong ability to lead and negotiate
• Good interpersonal skills and team player with strength in coordination with various parties
• Good presenter with skill in preparation of presentation materials
• Above average proficiency in oral and written communication and creative thinking skills
• Knowledgeable in various design phases including conceptualization, schematic, design development, project handover and supervision
