Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Senior Head of Construction & Project Development to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction and development projects. The role oversees planning, design coordination, permitting, procurement, contractor engagement, construction execution, testing, commissioning and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in construction, project management or related fields.
• Experience managing end-to-end construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Experience in large-format retail, commercial development, property development, or conglomerate environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of construction and development projects from initiation to turnover.
• Translate business needs into project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, contractor engagement and site execution.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements across projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee risk, change control, cost management and commercial aspects of projects.
• Lead and develop the project management team across multiple sites.
