Job summary

GainStrong is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects in Bulacan from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet goals on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include setting timelines, developing detailed plans, leading teams, procuring materials, and overseeing quality and safety inspections to ensure compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction-related tools.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and contract law; leadership under pressure.

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
