Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in residential, commercial, fit-out, or related construction projects.
• Knowledge of Design-and-Build project delivery.
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience handling ₱10M+ projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities
