• BS in Architecture or Civil Engineering and professional presentation skills.
• 5-8 years of construction work experience with field/site exposure.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and project teams.
• Proficient with Google-based documents and PDF mark-up tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, control and manage project boundaries and change control processes.
• Oversee daily progress and review work across the project.
• Prepare reports on job status and update the Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with the project team and stakeholders on delivery.
• Monitor costs, quality and safety and mitigate risks on site.
• Lead the project team and ensure documents are current.
