Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to contracts, regulations, and laws. You will develop compliance programs and advise management on risks while keeping operations aligned with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in Compliance or HR, and strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in Compliance or HR is preferred.
• Leadership and industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branches comply with all applicable compliances and permits are up to date.
• Comply with local legal requirements and stay updated on changes.
• Study existing and new legislation and assess applicability.
• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Develop and review company policies for compliance.
• Advise management on legality through detailed reports.
• Create and manage action plans in response to audit findings.
• Regularly audit procedures, practices, and documents for weaknesses.
• Assess operations to determine compliance risk.
• Educate employees on latest regulations and processes.
• Address employee concerns about legal compliance.
• Collect/analyze HR data and recommend continual improvements.
