Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate Compliance Operations Analyst in Manila to support end-to-end onboarding, licensing, and compliance governance. You will coordinate activities across Sales, Operations, and Support teams and ensure adherence to licensing standards.

You will provide guidance on entitlements, licensing, and compliance, while collaborating with internal and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, workflow, reporting, or operational systems.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, IT and Compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of licensing, entitlement management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage sales orders through onboarding and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Account Specialists to support sales and onboarding.
• Monitor Siebel and Salesforce CPQ fulfillment tickets for billing and licensing.
• Maintain records of approvals, entitlements, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate onboarding for Quant Data Solutions offerings globally.
• Support trial setup and licensing compliance during onboarding.
