Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead the Regulatory Reporting team in Manila. You will oversee EMIR, SFTR and global reporting obligations, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and a robust control framework across multiple regions.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness and collaboration with regulators, technology teams and senior management to drive continuous improvement and regulatory change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics
• Significant experience in regulatory reporting within financial services
• Experience with matching, pairing and exception resolution processes
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience working with technology teams on regulatory change initiatives and system enhancements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting processes across EMIR, SFTR and other regimes
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions with complete data
• Maintain oversight of reporting quality, completeness and timeliness across asset classes
• Manage investigation and remediation of reporting breaks
• Lead and coach a team of regulatory reporting professionals
• Engage with regulators, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
