Qualifications

• Senior manager or director-level experience at a Big Four firm.
• Active CPA license or CIA certification.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment.
• Proven experience leading client-facing discovery or consultative sales conversations.
• Experience generating B2B leads in Apollo or a similar prospecting platform.
• Excellent spoken and written English and the confidence to engage business owners and executives.
• Responsible, observant, and able to work on your own.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their operations, current controls, and compliance requirements.
• Uncover compliance gaps and translate them into clear, practical service recommendations.
• Generate new B2B leads in Apollo, including building targeted prospect lists and researching key decision-makers.
• Reach out to qualified prospects and lock in discovery call appointments.
• Explain technical compliance and audit concepts in plain, business-friendly language.
• Document call findings and prepare concise recommendation summaries for follow-up.
• Keep prospect records accurate and the lead pipeline organized and current.
• Represent the firm professionally and credibly in every client interaction.
