Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Client Solutions Director in the Philippines to lead discovery calls with prospective clients, identify compliance gaps, and build a robust pipeline of B2B leads. CPA or CIA with Big Four senior-manager experience will advise business leaders and generate opportunities.

You will articulate complex compliance concepts in plain language, document findings, and maintain a current, organized lead pipeline while working with executives to win new business.

Qualifications

• Senior manager or director‑level Big Four experience.
• Active CPA license or CIA certification.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment.
• Proven experience leading client‑facing discovery or consultative sales conversations.
• Experience generating B2B leads in Apollo or a similar prospecting platform.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Detail‑driven, accountable, and self‑directed.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to understand operations, controls and compliance needs.
• Pinpoint compliance gaps and turn them into practical service recommendations.
• Generate new B2B leads in Apollo, including targeted lists and researching decision‑makers.
• Reach out to qualified prospects and book discovery call appointments.
• Explain technical compliance and audit concepts in plain business language.
• Record call findings and prepare short recommendations for follow‑ups.
• Keep prospect records accurate and the pipeline current.
• Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility in client interactions.
