The candidate should hold a CPA or CIA, with senior manager or director experience from a Big Four firm, and be adept at discussing compliance concepts in plain business language.

Qualifications

• Active Big Four senior-level experience required.
• CPA or CIA certification must be current.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment.
• Experience leading discovery or consultative sales conversations with clients.
• Experience generating B2B leads in Apollo or similar tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to understand operations and controls.
• Identify gaps and translate them into actionable service recommendations.
• Generate new B2B leads in Apollo and build targeted prospect lists.
• Schedule discovery calls and secure appointments with qualified prospects.
• Explain complex compliance concepts in clear business terms.
• Document findings and prepare concise follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and a current lead pipeline.
• Represent the firm professionally in all client interactions.
