Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join the People & Culture team in the Philippines. The role administers compensation programs, analyzes market data, and supports surveys, benchmarking, and Total Rewards reporting.

You will work with global colleagues, maintain data in PayFactors, and prepare personalized Total Rewards statements. The hybrid role requires in-person collaboration about 3 days a week across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related analytical function.
• Strong analytical skills and experience handling large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of compensation surveys and maintain survey data.
• Compile data for survey participation and benchmarking analyses.
• Maintain benchmarking documentation and data sources for review.
• Support PayFactors data maintenance, audits, and reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and analyses.
• Handle confidential employee and compensation information with discretion.
