Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college with no back subject.
• Hands-on experience with compensation tools (Anaplan, SAP/Callidus, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce).
• Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data.
• Experience with CRM tools and case management.
• Experience in compensation administration or payroll support.
• Familiarity with HR shared services and related processes.
