Job summary

CohnReznick Philippines is seeking a Commercial Advisory Proposal Writer Senior Specialist to join the Marketing team in our Philippines office. This hybrid role leads end-to-end proposal development, coordinating inputs from US partners and internal teams to craft compelling client-ready proposals.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, draft executive summaries, tailor content, and ensure brand and compliance standards across all submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APMP Foundation or Practitioner) is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in proposal development within professional services, consulting, or advisory
• Proven track record of contributing to winning proposals, including shaping win themes and value propositions

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Proposal Management: manage proposals from kickoff to submission, timelines, storyboards, and inputs across time zones
• Content Development & Writing: draft, tailor, and edit executive summaries, staff bios, case studies, and value propositions
• Peer Review & Quality Control: conduct structured reviews for messaging, compliance, and win-theme alignment
• Compliance & Risk Management: build compliance matrices, flag risks, and ensure adherence to standards
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: coordinate with partners, SMEs, design, pricing/finance; mentor junior staff
