Job summary

National Grid Corporation seeks a Commercial Pilot with strong flight operations experience to support mission planning and in-flight safety within the Aviation Department. Responsibilities include coordinating with Flight Operations Manager, monitoring weather, conducting pre-/in-/post-flight inspections, and maintaining logs while ensuring CAAP compliance and insurance recurrency.

Candidates must have 1,500 total flight hours with 1,000 as PIC and hold a Philippine Commercial Pilot License

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Completion of Commercial and Instrument Pilot Course or military equivalent.
1,500 hours total flight time with 1,000 hours as Pilot-In-Command (PIC).
Proficient in English and Filipino communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Flight Operations Manager for any changes to scheduled or unscheduled flight missions.
Monitor weather updates before and during flight to ensure safety in flight operation.
Perform pre-flight, en-route, and post-flight inspections to ensure readiness and safety.
Prepare flight plans and estimates; maintain flight logs and records.
Maintain pilot proficiency and compliance with CAAP requirements and insurance recurrency.
Perform other functions as directed by the Flight Operations Manager.
