Job summary

Laminar Aviation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities across our aviation operations in the Philippines. You will coordinate with flight, maintenance, and support teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Join a safety-focused team, lead multi-location coordination (notably with Subic), and drive timely execution of operational requirements while maintaining thorough records and supporting audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in aviation.
• Experience in aviation operations environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAAP regulations and PCAR.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations, particularly Subic.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple operational priorities.
• Strong commitment to aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Laminar Aviation Inc.
• Coordinate operations, flight, maintenance, and support teams.
• Liaise with Subic team to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor manpower, schedules, resources, and workflow.
• Ensure CAAP and PCAR regulatory compliance.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory activities.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Lead and guide team members with a safety-focused mindset.
