Qualifications

• 3+ years solid Customer Service experience, and in airlines or airport services.
• Strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with good decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate turnaround activities and guide Ground Handling Agent teams during operations.
• Conduct flight briefings to support safe and effective day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor station performance, escalate issues to airport management as needed.
• Perform regular Quality Control checks on station performance.
• Support frontline colleagues and suppliers in delivering excellent customer service.
