Job summary

SecureAir Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil/Construction Project Planner to lead field and project planning activities in the Philippines. The role involves planning construction operations, scheduling phases to meet deadlines, and coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials from start to finish within budget constraints.

Responsibilities include acquiring necessary resources, supervising labor, monitoring progress, evaluating reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of field and project planning and production monitoring experience.
• Experience with BOM/BOQ/RFP processes.
• Ability to determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish within budget.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to address shortages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laborers and monitor EOB Accomplishment Report delivery.
• Evaluate progress reports and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
