Job summary

Solarvest Philippines seeks a seasoned Commercial Administrator to protect project gross profit across the EPCC portfolio. You will own the commercial position from tender through to final account, ensuring the gross profit planned in the operating plan is delivered in practice.

You will lead pre-contract estimating, post-contract cost control, subcontractor and client commercial management, and cash flow reporting while ensuring compliance with Philippine contract practice and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum five years in cost control, commercial administration or finance in construction or EPC.
• Experience administering bonds, guarantees and project insurances.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capability for cost models and cash flow forecasting.
• Working knowledge of Philippine construction contract practice and BIR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial position of every project from tender to final account.
• Prepare bills of quantities and unit rates for civil works and electrical installations.
• Source and compare quotations; prepare tender sheets with recommendations.
• Track cost, forecast cost-to-complete and provide variance explanations.
• Prepare and negotiate final account, variations and change orders.
• Administer contracts, bonds, guarantees and insurances.
• Prepare progress claims, payment applications and cost reports.
• Maintain audit-ready commercial records for projects.
