Home Credit Philippines is seeking an analytics professional to prepare monthly profitability reports and develop lifetime profitability models for major products. You will collaborate with Product, Risk, and senior management to help meet profitability targets and KPI goals.

The role emphasizes robust data handling in Excel and BI tools, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead select projects across the Commercial Finance function.

Competenze

• 3+ years in finance, commercial, or business analysis.
• Familiar with personal/consumer loans and/or Credit Cards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly profitability reports for key products: POS loans, Cash loans, Revolving loans, and value-added services.
• Act as primary finance contact for initiatives related to assigned product.
• Create lifetime profitability (LTP) models as needed by business units.
• Maintain high integrity of reports; ensure LTPs are accurate and timely.
• Benchmark Home Credit's products against competitors and suggest modifications.
• Support digitization efforts around LTP reporting.
• May lead projects or project steps; mentor junior staff.
