Qualifications

• College graduate with business-related discipline such as Banking, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years banking experience serving commercial accounts.
• Knowledge of markets, credit, lending, risk management and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure profitability through timely financial solutions.
• Cultivate trust and partnership with clients via sales calls, engagements and visits.
• Ensure positive customer experience by gathering feedback and coordinating with internal units.
• Negotiate line terms, assist in loan documentation and approvals withCredit partners.
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality and pursue recovery options as needed.
• Train and mentor staff to meet client expectations and bank goals.
