The Bank of the Philippine Islands is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the team responsible for pre-delinquency, past due management, agency relations, and overall collections performance.

You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and deliver timely MIS and quality service across branches and partner agencies.

This role emphasizes talent development, training, and strict adherence to BSP standards to sustain cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑Delinquency and Past Due Management: Monitor monthly performance of collection associates/agencies and implement measures to meet targets (collection rate, recoveries, TAT).
• Agency Management: Oversee collection agencies, evaluate performance, update templates, and manage SLAs.
• Operational and Service Excellence: Ensure sound collections practices nationwide and timely reporting and implementation of improvements.
• Cost Management: Track expenses, manage RAM for cards/personal loans, and pursue cost-saving initiatives.
• Personnel Management: Ensure staff competency, training, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Audit, Compliance, Policy & Procedure Database Management: Supervise adherence to policies, mitigate risk, and coordinate with Compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Set QA standards, review call recordings, identify training needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Overall Customer Management: Manage disputes and payment arrangements, analyze data for service improvements and regulatory TAT.
