Job summary

Hexagon Shared Services Inc is seeking a QA & Compliance Supervisor to ensure quality, safety, legality, and regulatory compliance for cold storage in Bulacan. You will lead the development, documentation, auditing, monitoring, and improvement of the Quality Management System across sanitation, traceability, and regulatory reporting.

The role ensures zero food safety incidents and audit readiness, coordinating with NMIS/BFAR/FDA and customers while driving continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years QA experience in cold storage, food manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
• Experience supervising QA or food safety teams.
• Preferably with Food Safety Certification (HACCP / Lead Auditor).

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee HACCP, FSMS, GSDP, SSOP, and cold-chain compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with NMIS, BFAR, FDA, LGU and other food regulatory bodies.
• Approve release of cold storage areas after sanitation and verification.
• Conduct sensory evaluation when necessary for compromised products.
• Maintain QMS procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, and forms.
• Plan and lead internal audits, prepare audit reports, and execute CAPA.
• Lead Management Review documentation activities.
• Maintain controlled document registry and version management.
• Conduct product inspections at inbound, storage, and outbound stages.
• Ensure MIC and COMI documentation compliance and traceability.
• Implement sampling, temperature checks, and contamination risk assessments.
• Monitor cold chain integrity (product/pallet condition, expiry control, FEFO).
• Supervise daily sanitation activities; oversee pest control records and hygiene measures.
• Investigate NCRs and customer complaints; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain Non-Conformance Logs and Food Safety Alerts; track KPIs.
